So here is my current build
im not trying to spend a crazy amount of money so buying a GPU will probably be off the table because they are so expensive right now I’m looking for any room to upgrade, I didn’t include my hardrives in this build because they are fine there isn’t any need to buy more. I can probably spend up to about $500 as of now for improvements any help on this would be very appreciated. I’m not that smart when it comes to the hardware.

  • GPU - GTX 1050
  • CPU - Ryzen 5 2600
  • MSI Arsenal Gaming AMD Ryzen 1st and 2ND Gen
  • Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3200 (PC4-25600)
  • Corsair CX Series 550 Watt 80 Plus Bronze Certified Non-Modular Power Supply (CP-9020121-NA)
    I didn’t add my case cause I couldn’t find it but it’s a mesh c i think

Solution
The first improvement I would make is to change to a ssd.
It will make everything you do quicker.
$200 will buy you a 2tb samsung QVO or a m.2 970 evo plus.
If 2tb can hold the used contents of your C drive, you can use the samsung ssd migration app.
Instructions and app here:

Yes, you will pay more for samsung, but Puget has had virtually no failures with samsung ssd drives:

Then, repurpose your HDD for external backup.

Obvious weak link (for gaming) is the GPU but prices are sky high currently. As others mentioned, it depends on what you're using the PC for. If it is indeed gaming, and you're not in a rush, invest the money for 2 years until GPU prices normalize again 🤣

What's the issue with your system?
Why do you think, you need to upgrade?
Or is it just to spend some money without any particular purpose?
Nothing is really wrong with it im just having problems with FPS for games, its quite low sometimes hard for me to hit 60fps
