Rooms don't open in Chess

Hello. I can't get into the Rooms. My registry has no Room file. I've tried
the patch, re-installing, re-adding the network adapter, cleaning out all
Temporary zone files and Heartbeat, deleting Room keys, re-installing the
lobby files, system restore and more. Any suggestions?

What happens when you try to enter a room? Is there an error message?
Can you enter other rooms for other games?
