ROOT My Phone

Have the LG Optimus Zone 3. Intended for Wifi use only and set up as such. Verizon stuff has been loading things over two months and now it has crowded me out. Need an effective and proven way to ROOT this phone. Nothing on the verizon site is of use. Guidance sought

You could buy a package uninstaller..it's like 1.49 on Google play. You won't void your warranty and it's a sure way to get rid of things. However, if it's WiFi only, why not just take the sim card out?

Try downloading and installing KingRoot ( https://kingroot.net/ ) on the phone and follow these instructions:

As always, you do at your own risk, especially if its out of warranty which likely it is being an older phone.

Kingroot doens't work on the LG Optimus Zone 3. Without root you cannot delete apps fully, even if you download whatever software you are told to, it'll only disable them without root. This is your best bet.
