Will the Rosewill FBM-01 MicroATX case be compatible with the Cooler Master hyper 212 Evo 82.9 cfm sleeve bearing cpu cooler?

Nope. My FBM-01 barely fit a Hyper TX3, the original one without the evo's loop-de-loops heat pipes. The noctua nh-u9s baaaarely fits if i bend the side panel and wedge it in, and the cryorig m9i should go in cleanly.
