I recently installed a second video card. Ever since then my power supply has been by far the loudest thing in my system while idle. I have all the possible power saving features in place to reduce the load on the PSU during these times as well. The PSU fan is constantly loud at about the same volume as my H80i fans on half max RPM. Shouldent the PSU fan slow down when nothing is under load? Is this normal or should I constant the manufacturer to get it replaced?

well... roswell does just put a sticker on it...

corsair, like xfx and antec all have someone else build their psus for them. But they generally do have "something" to do with the design... for example, there isn't a corsair psu built by seasonic that's a clone of any seasonic psu... there are similarities, but seasonic builds them to corsair's specs... same with the xfx and antec psus built by seasonic. Those psus are all generally superior because seasonic...

They are a lot like Corsair. They just put a sticker on it. The consumer needs to research what exactly is under the sticker.

Thats a shame. I was reccomended that exact PSU by someone on here not too long ago. Guess I gotta trade that out for a better one soon if I want to be able to hear myself think when im just browsing the internet.
