Looking for a 500-600W PSU no more than $80 CAD. Has come down to these two, which would be the better buy? (I don't game overclock, just design work, light video editing)

Seasonic S12II is 64.99 @ Newegg, not recommended? I know it's not Haswell ready but not too big of a deal if I disable the sleep states.

Just Disable sleep states if you have issues.

Hi - True, but for $5 why not take Blackbird's suggestion and get the Haswell ready,xtra power on a
unit also made by Seasonic?
