Rosewill Mechanical Keyboard LED's on after shutdown

Hi all!

I recently bought a Rosewill keyboard and the LED's stay on after shutdown. This is annoying as my PC is in my room so I would love for this to actually turn off. I'm running a ASRock Z97 Extreme 4 motherboard. I've searched in the bios but can't find any settings regarding USB power etc.

Any suggestions?

Does this occur with every USB port? Some mobos offer hot USB ports, even when powered down, for charging purposes. You should be able to disable in BIOS.
