Rosewill Photon 650 PSU good enough?

I have a RIG that doesnt take up much power, around 350 watts TDP. I overclocked the system a bit so that increases the power consumption. But if 650 watts is fine for my system isnt my question. My question is if this power supply is stable enough. It is 80+ Gold Certified, but everyone says dont cheap out on psu and get one from EVGA or corsair etc. But i did. I want to know if this power supply wont explode one day in the near future and take my rig with it. Also it has ugly cabling and Cable Mod doesnt support Rosewill PSUs. So thats also a problem. If youd recommend a different PSU please specify the PSU so i could buy it. Prefferably one from the 40$ to 60$ dollar range. Semi Modular or Modular is fine. Thank you

Thanks for the info. Also i was going to build a budget system for my grandfather so he can do his stuff he does, and was going to buy a power supply that was cheap but had wattage that also could supply my personal rig. And i was wondering if i should swap my old power suplly to that system...and use the new PSU for my main sytem
