This chip is rt3062. The opensource drivers maybe not so good.... You can get the proprietery driver from mediatek (formely railink) here:

You will need to blacklist the rt2800pci driver/module, compile this new driver/module ffrom the source files then load the new driver/module.
It is a somewhat technical/complicated procedure if you are not familiar with linux tools.
In the future I suggest buying wifi chips that use Atheros chips and not mediatek (which are crap on linux)
