roswell 450w gold80++

i can't find the 2x2 that i need to plug into my motherboard. i know i got the 20+4 and so i tried to split ( connect the 20 into the 24, then try to get the 4 to the 4 ) but then the 2x2 ( 4 ) can't reach the slot ( ATX power )

so this is the situation.
is this normal ?
