Router configuration file

I own a Huawei 8546m router. The ISP recently changed the router's username and password. Is there any way I can obtain the configuration file without knowing the username and password.
P.S.- I can't reset the router.

I would contact your ISP and explain your problem, because without a username and password you wont get anything but a IP from the router.
have you tried username/password: admin/admin?

I have already tried all the basic combinations I could think of. None of them work.

I also tried asking the ISP for the info but they outright denied to provide it to me.

I recently ran into some problems with my internet and reset my router cos of it. When I still couldn't get it to work i called them up and that is when they did this. I could access the router menu before this and when I explained it to them they said that I was never meant to, that they might've forgotten to change the username and password while setting up my connection and so they changed it this time.
Hope it all adds up now.

I have a Huawei 8546m router. I recenty reset my router for some reason but when I tried to login to my router, I couldn't cos my default gateway ip was missing. I tried everything I could find on the internet but I still couldn't get it to work until someone from the isp came to my home and magically did it for me(the ip changed from what it was before though). Can someone tell me how he did that cos they won't tell me.

Please don't spam the forum keep it to 1 thread per issue as spamming an issue will end up getting you banned if it continues.
Also we will not help you bypass or reset a password especially on a modem/router that is not yours and that the owners(isp) do not want to to access. This type of assistance is forbidden on these forums.
