When I scan my network, I have three routers IPs showing up. I understand your average router has a WAN and LAN IP, but my understanding was that only the LAN displays on my end.

It shows three routers, two similar IPs (1 digit apart) and one quite different.

Is this indicative of a second router I am unaware of?

Are these actually IP addresses or MAC addresses ? Very different. The two radios of a dual band WIFI router will show MAC addresses (separated by colons usually) but a single IP address (separated by periods ).
