router internet issues

Last night around 1 am i noticed my speeds drop from 60mps to 1 mps. So after getting on the phone with my isp we got my speeds back up. Now my router wont connect. It was working fine until my isp reprovsined my modem. Any suggestions?
Btw directly connecting my desktop in the modem works fine

What model is the modem and what model is the router?

Did you try power cycling the modem?

I got it i had to power cycle the modem with the router auto detect on with maunlly configured ip settings
