router is across the house so i don't have ethernet

so my question is, can i have a second router in my room so i can use ethernet? My router is across the house and i don't have a way to use ethernet. I'm tired of lagging on games

try power line kit. there better then wifi over a home.

if you can run wires pick up a network 4 port switch. go from the router to the switch and then plug every pc you want into the switch.
