You have to log into your router settings to do this asssuming you aren't confusing router and Windows firewall. The address and username/password for the router settings should be on your router/modem if you got it from your ISP. Once you are in, you would navigate to port settings and enter in port numbers you want to forward. This process or location varies depending on what router you have.

Agree with jr9.

However, you must have admin rights to your router in order to login and establish the necessary configuration.

So if the posted username/password do not work then you must work with whomever manages your network and router.

And you will most likely need to establish a static IP address for your computer via the router. And reserve that static IP via your computer's MAC.
