Question Router issues

Hello, I have a WRT 32X linksys router. I have 400Mbps xfinity internet. When I test speeds through the router IP I get fantastic results 520Mbps 12Mbps upload, when I test anywhere else like google or speedtest.net I get like 120Mbps, 5Mbps Up. When I plug directly into my modem I get those same fantastic results everywhere I test. What's going on here?

I would start with a factory reset of the router. There are lots of "features" that you can turn on that will hurt throughput.

holding reset button for 15 seconds resetting router fixed my issue.
