Question Router/Modem speeds good, but PC internet slow?

Had Xfinity check my modem/router because I was getting slow speeds using multiple testing utilities on my desktop (sourceforge/ookla/etc)

He checked the speeds in/out of the modem/router and they were good (350/down) but the PC is only getting between 50 and 150.

Any ideas as to what could be going on? Already ran windows defender, nothing wrong there, but cannot figure out what is restricting my speed on my ethernet connection

Is your PC wired or wireless? Is your connection to the base node of the Google Mesh or to one of the other nodes?

PC is wired and it is directly to the Google Mesh base.

Just a quick update for anyone that might be searching this issue in the future:

I downloaded Speedguide's TCP optimizer, ran as admin, and all of my speed issues vanished. Had to reset the modem/router and now wifi and ethernet are both doing around 460 down on xfinity's 300 down plan
