This is equivalent to a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0.

This means you can have 254 hosts.

Thanks, but what would be the range. I understand like from
192.168.26.1-192.168.26.254. But actually internet work only for some of
the addresses.
And I don't know why yet.

You would have to check the IP Configuration from the clients that don't
have internet access and make sure they have the proper gateway (pingable)
and DNS addresses.
You should also check the Internet Control panel on the connections tab to
see if they have a the correct proxy settings, depending on if you do or
don't have a proxy server.

Yes, I checked clients that don't have internet access and they cannot ping
DNS server.
And I don understand why, any address should be able to ping, unless there
is some filter
on router or something. We don't use the proxy. So I figure could be
something weth router settings but not sure what it could be.
thanks

Not all IP addresses can be pinged, some have ICMP packets blocked.
If it is your ISP's DNS it may not be pingable, but can you ping your
gateway?

Is the same gateway defined on every machine?

Since you don't have a proxy make sure there is no proxy defined in the
Internet Control panel.

From computers that internet works I can ping the DNS server so it is
pingable.
I can ping gateway on all machines and all of them have the same gateway.
