Router resetting constantly. (CBN CH641e)

So, I finally got a new router from my internet provider cause I was having problems with the previous one, it's a CBN CH6541e. I connected all the cables and configured the wireless, but the router keeps rebooting/resetting, not really sure, but it reboots constantly, like literally all the lights are on only for 10 seconds and thats how long the connection works then it reboots again.

Are you required to use the router they provide you? It sounds like the router is faulty. I would see if you could get your own.

obv not required but i had to pay extra for that so ye would be nice if i could figure out a fix

I attempted to get a user manual for this online and was not able to find one. The information I did find was with Compal Broadband Networks and all of the models they have listed have different numbers. What are the settings this router has? Although I am not familiar with this router the settings it has should be similar to other routers. Please provide me with a complete list of what can be configured once you get into the router settings.

i forgot to mention that i used this modem in a different location, but i dont think that couldve been a problem
