Depends on how often this happens. A router reboot will interrupt your internet connection for the time it takes to reboot.

This is some form of memory error. I have never seen it on a router, most times it was some software error. Look to see if there is more current firmware. It could be a actual memory chip type error and there is no fix really for that.

Call your ISP from the little I can find on that router it has a ONT interface. These type of routers most times only the ISP can update.
