I bought TP-LINK AC1750 Wireless Dual Band Gigabit Router Archer C7 and I'm wondering if I can use the phone line directly connect to the router internet port to get the internet without using a modem. Is there any phone line to ethernet cable converter that can be use in this situation?

Solution

No.
That "converter" you seek IS the modem.
MOdulator/DEModulator.

Takes the incoming signal on the phone line and converts it into something a router or PC can use.

Solution
No. You'll need some sort of modem between your network and the ISP.

Wiki on modem and router:

A modem (modulator–demodulator) is a network hardware device that modulates one or more carrier wave signals to encode digital information for transmission and demodulates signals to decode the transmitted information.
A router[a] is a networking device that forwards data packets between computer networks.

In short, every Internet connection needs some sort of modem. Routers are optional.
