[SOLVED] router stopped showing SSID

hello there. sorry for my english, as i am not good in it..
well i have an issue with my route. i am using acer laptop and connected with the internet via wifi route. i have two routers at my home for one internet connection for better signals. one is primary and one is secondary router. most of the time i connected my acer laptop with secondary router. but during downloading and specially while watching netflix, my secondary router stopped showing SSID. then i have to unplug the router and plug it in and all set. i am very confused because i tried using my siblings laptop and its working fine. it happens only with my laptop. i had watched youtube videos to change ip address but nothing happen. please solve this issue

You'd have to contact your ISP to get that fixed
It may just be a bug on their part
I've had this happen to me before, so just rely on your IEP

Your router may be broken.
I'm not sure if you can update a router, but if you can I would do that

I would try adding a new usb wifi adapter to your laptop and use that adapter instead. Hopefully that will fix the problem.
