Roxio doesn't like new Sony burner??

I'm Running EZ cd creator 5.1 Platinum (thats the latest update). I just got a Sony CRX185 32x10x40 and when you go to CD info it says "Bad Medium. Error reading CD information." It does this with all cd's. It works fine with the software that came with it (NTI burning software). It seems that EZ CD creator doesn't like it... Any ideas??

R U sure that U have a full version of Rox? If it came with another burner it may be one of those crappy OEM versions that will only work with the burner it was shipped with.

Side note: I hate Sony. The last 2 things I bought from them suck donkey balls. Still like my Sony Pro Monitor but Sony can SMD.

Update: Nero Express works fine... Roxio doesn't have my burner on their site, so apparently it's not supported. Sony has no support for my drive either, no updates or anything. They don't list my model (CRX185E3) anywhere...
