RS6 Starter Edition

RS6 Starter Edition is on sale for $7.49 compared to the regular game which is at $20. Is the Starter Edition worse or something?

The only real diffrence is that in the starter edition you progress a lot slower, it take about 5 times longer to unlock a single operator and you only get 2 operators at the start.

the 20$ version : its 500 - 1000 - 1500 - 2000 to unlock an operator
