I am starting out shifting my art work to digital art software. I am using Corel Painter 11, Wacom Tablet, and a Dell Dimension 9200 with 4gb RAM and 500 gb HD. Mother board s 3.3 ghz.

What is the bet computer (exclude Mac) to handle my needs. How much Ram, PCU speed would be ideal and what brand is most reliable and will last me a long time.

How do you plan on getting this new computer? Will you build it yourself, have a custom pc build created for you, or buy a prebuilt machine from retail store? What is your budget? and are you in a hurry to buy?
