RSOD on a 280x?

[strike][/strike]I got an rsod on a xfx 280x running on a cx600m PSU, it happened about an hour after playing battlefront I have my GPU at stock clocks and I had a 4690k @4.4ghz but I have dropped it to 4.2ghz now in case this was the cause, I'm not 100% sure what causes an RSOD so any help is appreciated

I figured it out according to outervision psu calculator @4.4ghz @1.33v with my 280x i'm using 611w on a 600w psu, i'm buying a pascal card when they are released next year which hopefully use less wattage so i can get to 4.4ghz
