RT-AC1200G+ "The network cable is unplugged"

>Got this router today to replace a cheaper ASUS router which wasn't very good, I'm setting it up with my BT Hub 4 as a modem, it connected fine to it however I have no internet cause it keeps saying "The network cable is unplugged" even though it's plugged in securely and correctly using the ethernet cable out of the box?>

You need to configure the router

I did, I put "btbroadband@broadband.com" as username and put password in.

It still says the cables disconnected when it really isn't
