RT-N66U with entouch isp

I have a client connecting a Asus RT-N66U wifi router with a Motorola Surfboard modem on the Entouch ISP ( houston )

They purchased the first unit.. Router reported connected to the internet, but both wired and wireless clients could not surf..

SHouldnt they treat this as any normal config where the router bridges to the modem like a COmcast Motorola SB would behave? They went through all the setup pages the Asus web based quick start showed.. but still no love..

What does the WAN port for the router show? Does it have the IPS IP numbers or 169 or 192 numbers? Do the clients have the right IP and gateway and can get to the router setup page from them? Did you try rebooting both the modem and the router?
