Question RTC test failure?

Hi everyone, I have a Legion 5i Pro which is around six months old and experienced some accidental damage a few weeks back. Lenovo kindly sent it off for repairs at their authorised repair centre as I have a policy for accidental damage. They replaced the camera and bezel. I have got the laptop back and noticed the time wasn't always right, so I reset the laptop and then used Vantage to do a hardware scan. Unfortunately, now the test is getting stuck on RTC and the time always changes to 00:00. I am not sure what is causing this issue? It's disappointing that the laptop has come back with this issue after supposedly being thoroughly checked over by the repair team before being sent out. I have checked the BIOS and that has the right time. Any advice is welcome.

Unfortunately, now the test is getting stuck on RTC and the time always changes to 00:00
You might want to bring Lenovo on the matter, to me it seems like the CMOS battery might've been removed during the repair process and not returned.

Ok, thank you very much - very frustrating, but I will contact Lenovo. Just wanted to get an idea of what the problem may be.
