Question RTX 2060 6GB LOW FPS! (help plz)

Yesterday I bought an Acer Predator Helios 300 with I7-9750H, RTX 2060 6GB, 32GB RAM and 1TB SSD. Now It was all good I installed a couple of games all the drivers ,you know setup your laptop for the first time, Today around 10PM I decided to play some Minecraft(with optifine ofcourse) I fired up minecraft and enterd my world when I noticed something wierd my Minecraft is Locked at 40FPS(it wont bugde basicly) when Is run on RTX 2060 ,BUT when I run It on Integrated Intel Graphics UHD 360 it runs at 150 fps, yesterday my minecraft run at 500+fps on rtx2060 I really dont get it why is this happening, I tried reinstalling miencraft ,fixing JVM Arguments by ramping RAM use to 6GB of ram, running oder versions, using unofficial launcher ,now im gonna try to 2clean install" nvidia drivers. This issue happens only in minecraft it started bdw,Please guys help me resolve this I paid 2000$(14,000HRK) for this beast! Arigato Gozaimasu!

is ur fps capped? whats your monitors refresher rate? i have no idea dude, it should run try contacting where you bought laptop from there might a problem somewhere
