I guess the reason why we aren't seeing such crazy discounts on RTX laptops as we are on RTX GPUs is because: laptops come from bigger budget manufacturers (not sure if that makes sense at all ), and mainly because laptops are laptops - made up of many componenets. That adds cost, and also because a laptop is still very useful and there is good reason to buy one even if it packs last-gen componenets. Also, RTX 3000 mobile GPUs are still a way out - we don't evem have a 3060 yet!
