Question Rtx 2060 and i59400F Stutter Issue

Hello everyone

i got really weird issue with this system. when i open some game first time stutter happens same location on games. When i restart mission again it disappears like a magic.

Any advice?

Modern warfare 2

What are you running in the computer when starting your games? Do you leave a lot of things running (browser with dozens tabs, for example) or do you try to close out of other tasks before starting your game?

On SSD also i tried another SSD but it still happens

What version of Windows are you running?

Windows 10 latest version and orginal. Also i checked twice updates and nvidia drivers. For mw2 it happens campaign mode. would you like to see the video? i can record if that helps you understand the issue
