Hi,
Having problems with fps drops and stuttering in Black ops 4 and Battlefield 5, In Afterburner it shows the 2060 does not get above 65° and the cpu does not get above 45-50°. Afterburner OSD also showed that my CPU was at 100% and GPU 50% utilization, Sometimes it seems to run fine is my 4670K bottlenecking my 2060 or is my 2060 faulty??
Specs are:
i5 4670K (Non overclocked)
Cryorig H5 cpu cooler,
MSI Z87 G45,
16 GB Corsair Vengeance 2400mhz,
RTX 2060 FE,
EVGA supernova 750 G2
2xAsus VG248QE 1080p 144Hz

Have attached a link to screenshot of the in game OSD: https://imgur.com/a/dJPYo48

Thanks in advance

Solution
Yes, your 4670k is going to hold you back in CPU heavy games such as BFV. Your CPU does not meet the minimum specs of BFV. I would look for a good deal on a used 4790k as the extra threads will give you a big bump in performance in CPU heavy games.
Depends on the game/setting/resolution.

Not 100% on BlackOPs4, but Battlefield5 is pretty CPU intensive, so I'm not surprised a 46790K is pegged at 100% before a 2060 can fully stretch it's legs.
You might want to consider turning up the in-game settings, taking some of the weight off of the CPU in those instances

Nothing in your description would suggest the 2060 is faulty by any means.
