I want to upgrade my GPU to RTX 2060 will it compatible with my system

Pretty much any GPU will run on any motherboard since about 2011. The only risk would be if your motherboard was BIOS instead of UEFI, but those died out well before Haswell.

The question about whether you can install the GPU is a power supply question rather than a motherboard one. What is your exact power supply? The brand and how many amps (A) are available on the +12V rail are absolutely crucial bits of information, without which I will never give any GPU recommendation.
