Question RTX 2060 doesn't turn on the monitor

Monitor doesn't turn on with this gpu, but with my old gpu it does. I press the power button, then the lights and fans on the gpu start spinning, but shortly after the lights on the gpu turn off and then there is just no image on the monitor. The psu is capable and the gpu is new.
MB: Gigabyte B365M DS3H
GPU: ASUS RTX 2060 6GB
CPU: Intel I5 9400F
