I noticed that my graphic drivers were out of date and installed as i normally would. The installation failed twice so I decided to restart which seemed to fix the issue. Over the next couple days I would start to notice odd stuttering in games. Today I decided to try and fix the problem by uninstalling all drivers through the uninstall software option in control panel and upon reinstalling the drivers the problem is 10x worse, constant stuttering on desktop and on video players (I haven't even tested it on a game yet but I'm assuming this is pointless). Any ideas???

Currently using the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter to write this message and don't know what to do now.

Solution
Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

You should use DDU to remove all GPU drivers off of your platform(Intel, AMD and Nvidia), then manually reinstall with the latest GPU driver sourced from Nvidia's support site.

Would help us understand a bigger picture if you passed on your platform's specs.

Just Installed a older version of the driver and did a clean install and it has seemingly fixed the issue. Thanks :)
