Question RTX 2060 fan not spinning ?

Hello! I'm doing my first build and everything is working fine except GPU fan. I searched around but couldn't figure out why it doesn't work, any help would be appreciated. I bought it used but during the check in the seller build, the temps were kinda fine after 30 min of testing, even though a bit high (up to 82 degrees in FurMark) so the fan was working at least.

When I bought it I gave it to computer repair shop for maintenance. So the first time I actually installed GPU to my PC is after I took it from the repair shop. It's unlikely they would break anything as my friend gets repairs done there all the time, they only checked the health of GPU, cleaned it and changed thermal paste.

Anyways, in my PC I ran some quick Blender render and temps hit 90 after a couple of minutes and I checked and realized the fan is not spinning at all. What's weird is that when I boot PC, fan starts spinning for a few seconds and then stops. But this is the only time when the fan works and then nothing can revive it. I tried MSI Afterburner and ASUS GPU Tweak but toggling the fan speed produces no effect.

i3-12100
ASUS Turbo RTX 2060 SUPER EVO 8GB
G.Skill Aegis 2x8GB DDR4 3200

If it worked BEFORE you brought it to the repair shop and it doesn't work AFTER they had it. Then one can assume they did something to it, or you are very unlucky, and the temp sensor is not working.

Thanks! Yes, it turned out they didn't connect cables properly. I watched some youtube teardown video and connected it as was shown there and luckily it worked!
