Question RTX 2060 low fps

I'm getting like 50 fps in warzone on the lowest settings whereas months ago I would get 120+ fps on the highest settings on the same PC.

Even on Forza Horizon 5 I'm getting under 70 fps on decently low settings so I don't know what happened

Specs:
Intel i7-8700
16gb ddr4 3000mhz ram
Rtx 2060 6gb
Normal temps is max 60 degrees, idle 27

Any ideas? also on latest nvidia drivers, tried the recommended warzone one too and no difference

40c on the cpu is really low for gaming. What speed (GHz) does it run at while in game?

I just double checked, it was actually 62 for CPU, 48 on GPU

I will do that too tho

All looks ok. I’d try a fresh install of the gpu driver but using DDU to uninstall the current driver.

I tried that and I also did a clean install of windows but absolutely no change.. strange
