I've tested 2 MSI afterburner profiles (in both i undervolted GPU to 700mV)

1. Core clock (-500) Memory clock (+800) Power limit (73%) Fans: auto
avg GPU temp - 64.8 °С avg hotspot temp - 81.7 °С
avg hashrate --- 30.40 mh/s

2. Core clock (-500) Memory clock (-500) Power limit (73%) Fans: auto
avg GPU temp - 62.3 °С avg hotspot temp - 78.8 °С
avg hashrate --- 27.10 mh/s

Since i dont have good airflow in my case, i am wondering if i can damage my VRAM by overclocking GPU's memory (1st profile). I will be very grateful for any answers

Solution
Yes. When it fails is just a matter of when - whenever that will be.

Since mining is Vram-intensive, you can bet that it's running hotter than those gpu core results.
Without resorting to thermocouples, there aren't many apps that report Vram thermals:
-hwinfo: last I checked, it reported 3080 and 3090s for now.
-Precision X: only works with EVGA FTW and Kingpin cards.
