I have a Dell G7790 laptop with 9750H and RTX 2060.
When i start a game, it runs smooth for about 10-15 seconds with gpu at 65 degrees and about 50-60% utilisation at about 1700MHz, then it will drop to 1200 MHz with 100% utilisation with the temperature of about 66 degrees.
I checked the afterburner graph and it says that my gpu is thermal and power throttling but i don’t see the temperature rising above 66 degrees anywhere, what is the issue here? Thanks for any help.
I have reapplied the thermal paste multiple times to make sure the coverage is good.
