Question RTX 2060 OC and i5-6600K 3.5Mhz and 32G RAM, is there bottlenecking?

I just bought Gigabyte RTX 2060 OC Gaming PRO but performance is rather frustrating. I see benchmark tests on some games where my card is at or slightly above youtube testers (BF5, DeusEx) and some games where my card vastly underperform (Anthem, not a great test game, I know) with FPS being over 20% lower than tested. So I'm wondering, do I have bottleneck issues?

The 6600K has but 4 cores and 4 threads, and will struggle in quite a few of the newer games that thrive on from 8-16 threads...and is fully inadequate once you throw in in-game live streaming, etc...

You certainly can't expect 1080P frame rates to precisely rival those of 9700k and 9900K....those CPUs have double your core count, and two to four times your thread count, and, about a 900-1100 MHz clock speed advantage...

FInd a low cost 7700K seller....at least that will double your threads, but, alas, they cost almost as much as a 9700K these days...
