Rtx 2060 or 2070

Im looking at buying an 2060 I was going to get a founders but they sold so fast! So looks like an MSI RTX 2060 Gaming z for £399 or Gigabyte 
GV-N2060GAMING for £381 for an extra £100 is it worth getting a 2070 card? I only play at 1080p but possibly in the future will pick up a 1440p panel what do you guys think?

The performance difference seems not proportional to the price one, so I don't really think so.

They had sold out within 2 minutes of my receiving the confirmation via email this morning.
Some of the AIB cards are going for ~500€. Ouch.
As for the RTX 2070, I honestly think that it is too overpriced and I wouldn't recommend it.

The price to performance ratio on the RTX 2060 is better than that of the RTX 2070. If you only play at 1080p, the 2060 should do you fine. Cheers!

Thanks for the help I have Gone with a 2060 managed to grab a founders edition one this morning when the breifly came back in stock!
