Question Rtx 2060 promo code

I just bought a rtx 2060 but I could not understand how to get the promo code for the free game out of three games they are offering.
I saw a tread online in which the buyer gets an email by Nvidia containing the code but that was the case when he bought from Nvidia's store. I bought it from a retail shop he said that you can claim it from the site but I was enable as it requires the promo code which i am lacking.
