Hey guys, im wondering what will be better for gaming and sometimes streaming RTX 2060 + RYZEN 5 3600 or RTX 2070 + i5-9600k?

The first one, hands down. Forget you even heard of the 9600K.
10600K: exists

R5 3600 anyday unless your main game is something like Arma 3 that relies on High clocks. Even then it's not worth it to dump the 3600 for just one game. Maybe the 10600K if you specifically wanna buy intel for some reason but again the price to performance ratio 3600 wins.
