Question Rtx 2060 showing as PCI Device not display adapter

Hey guys.

Specs first.
Ryzen 2600
Gigabyte x370 gaming 5 mobo
16gb ddr4 3200 vengance pro ram
Rtx 2060.

My gpu is showing in device manager as "other device: PCI Device" where it should be displaying as Display Adapter. I've updated bios. Gone through Nvidia root files and installed every driver. Tried all pcie lanes and every version of Nvidia drivers possible (including gigabyte specific) can anyone help. No other Reddit threads have yet. I work from my pc so I need this asap.

latest bios? chipset driver?

Yes it still outputs, all bios and drivers are current. Can not complete a you driver install. No matter which version or os variant I use I can't get GPU driver to install "no compatible hardware detected"
