Check Power Supply / PSU
Install Proper Video Drivers
Windows Updates
Corrupt GPU BIOS (VBIOS)
Check Display Cable

Before installing the new 2060, I removed the old nvidia graphics card driver, I suspect I would have to delete other stuff. Any suggestions?
Uninstall all nvidia driver's again and reinstall. When launching the install screen for nvidia it should ask at the display driver setup section if you would like to start from factory default? Check the box for yes

Or if you are willong to take 2 minutes to look up the bug in speccy right now i guaranty he downloads hwmonitor check task manager or any other source right now it would tell him 8gb's
