Question Poor performance with RTX 2060 Super ?

Just got a rtx 2060 super. Its a dell brand. It only comes in Alienware desktop. Its a small single fan

I had a 1650super.

When playing apex im getting 100fps in 1080 with mid-high settings. It drops more

Gpu temp stays near 70s-80 with 80% -90% usage but always at 1800mhxz for some reason even though I lowered the power usage in msi afterburner

My cpu is only 60% used

My setup

-Cpu: ryzen 3 3100 base
-Ram: 8gb rip jaws gskill 2400mhz
-1tb Samsung evo ssd sata drive
-mobo: asus prime b450-A/CSM
I think I have a 520w seasonic bronze
I'm only using a regular pc office case with stock fan cpu. Maybe need a better case with fans?

Could my setup be bottle necking my gpu?
It tends to run a bit louder too when playing games

Should I try to Uninstall the Nvidia drivers or reinstall windows?
