Question RTX 2060 Super (watercooled) makes buzzing sound ONLY when playing games

hey! My RTX 2060 Super has been making a weird buzzing sound only when playing games. I can be in discord and tab into Overwatch and the buzzing starts, I then tab back into discord and the buzzing stops. It is the GPU but it cant be a fan coil because it has no fans. I don't know what would be making the sound but I am willing to take the GPU apart because I tore it down to install the water block.

Hmmm. Sounds a bit like coil whine to me. It's normally PSU/GPU related.

Try replicate it, take of the side panel to your PC, and see if you can localise the noise.

List your full PC specs.

It's still making the humming/buzzing sound and I can't figure out why. Any suggestions? This is a relatively new build and it didn't make this sound a month ago.
