Question RTX 2060 terribly underperforming

hey there, recently got an RTX 2060. for the first 4 weeks everything was alright. but now my 2060 is terribly underperforming in Far Cry 5 (didn't test other games as of now). the internet tells me I should get around 100fps at 1080p. but i get around 60 AT 1080p. how to fix?

cpu: ryzen 5 1600 3,9GHz
ram: 16gb 2400 cl15
gpu: rtx 2060 rog strix gaming oc

What PSU do you have? Is windows set to maximum power performance? Try comparing your PC at 3Dmark or userbenchmark. See what score you get. Ryzen also greatly benefits with 3000Mhz+ ram. Worth at leat 10-15 fps more maybe.

700w be quiet pure power 9
yes it is set to highest perf
gonna benchmark tomorrow.. but as i said "tested" only far cry 5 by now

So it was working before at 100fps?

it ran with about 90fps before this happened ... well i dont know what exactly happened ..i only know that 30 fps are just gone
