Question Rtx 2060 vs 1070 ti

Hi Guys,

Been reading online but I'm still undecided on what to buy between rtx 2060 vs 1070 ti. I understand that rtx 2060 is newer tech so there is room for future proofing. Its also cheaper but it only has 6gb video memory. While 1070 ti is more expensive but it has 8gb memory. Im thinking that since its more expensive, it might be better..

But please do enlighten me and any feed back would be helpful. Thanks in advance!

The 1070Ti does not need 8gb. 8gb is only needed if planning on running 4K but the 1070Ti is not a 4K card. Personally I’d pick the 2060 if gaming at 1080p-1440p or similar.

the 2060 has 6gb of a bit speedier VRAM if im not mistaken than 1070ti.
